
DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 8 (MExN): The Sumi Hoho (SH) and the Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) held a day long meeting today at Thahekhu Village, Dimapur. The meeting between the two organizations was preceded by a cultural show at the village ground after which the executives proceeded to the Thahekhu Memorial Hall at around 12 noon for meeting. The meeting stretched for more than 6 hours where leaders of different tribes within the organizations discussed the Naga move for “unification.” President of Konyak Union, Khoiwang Konyak, said that the meeting expressed support for the “unification” process, provided that it includes all Naga inhabited areas and did not exclude any tribe. The meeting was attended by around 50 delegates, and the resolution will be made public soon, sources informed.
