Special Task Force (STF) of Nagaland Police

Demonstration by the newly-formed Special Task Force (STF) of Nagaland Police on the concluding of the two-day Conference of DGsP/IGsP and Heads of CPOs of North East Region held from September 5-6 at Rhododendron Hall, Nagaland Police Complex, Chümoukedima. Personnel for the STF were reportedly picked from the regular police battalions and specifically trained to function as a commando unit styled on the lines of special operations teams that has become a staple of police and military forces across the world. Drill/weapons handling displays presented by also were presented by 15 NAP (IR) Mahila Battalion at the same event.
