Dimapur, January 5 (MExN): The annual general conference of Sakipheto Range Students' Union (SRSU) was held at Zhuikhu village from January 3 to 5.
It was stated in a press release that hundreds of students from different village under Sakipheto Range attended the conference. Speaking as the speaker of the conference, Tokuho Suhoi Neho, who is the former president of Western Sumi Students' Union and presently the president of Dimapur District GBs Association challenged the students to be committed in acquiring knowledge and wisdom and help transform the society.
He said students are the future of the society and that they have immense responsibility in the shaping of the society. Tokuho called upon the students to help the society to be free of corruption and isms which are destroying the society, stating student’s community can play an important role in supporting the initiative of the NBCC for clean election.
