Kohima, January 11 (MExN): The Suruhuto Range Students’ Union (SRSU) held its 58th general conference at Zhekuto village under Zunheboto district from January 8 to 11 last.
Gracing the conference as the chief guest on January 9, Parliamentary Secretary for Fishery, Printing & Stationary Shetoyi Sumi urged upon the students to have strong faith in God, discipline oneself, study hard and compete in the competitive exams and be self dependent.
He also highlighted the developmental activities in and around Suruhoto/Asuto areas and the ongoing projects and also some projects which are yet to come. He also called upon the students union, church leaders, various village level leaders to strongly support clean election campaign as spearheaded by SKK and NBCC.
