KOHIMA, MARCH 11 (MExN): The Department of Social welfare has notified 'The Nagaland Rights of Person with Disabilities Rules 2019' with immediate effect. This was informed in a notice issued through the DIPR on March 11 under Section 101 (1) of The Rights of Person with Disabilities Act, 2016. It may be noted that the State Disability Rules was approved by the Cabinet and notified on August 16, 2019.
