Dimapur, February 6 (MExN): The joint forum of the Nagaland GBs and DBs has appealed to “all concern” to stop the kidnappings, killings and extortion, as are being experienced in the recent days. State law-enforcing agencies are urged to rein in the activities and be vigilant. A note from the joint forum appealed to the citizens and public to cooperate in every possible way for safety and peace. Also, all the underground factions are “appeal” not to involve in the coming state assembly elections. The underground organizations are urged to intimate to their cadres to observe the same so the people can have free and fair polls.
