Tamlu, March 19 (MExN): A farewell programme for the outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Tamlu, Chingyak Konyak was held at the ADC office on March 18.
During the event, Chingyak acknowledged the cooperation and support extended to him and the administration by the people of Tamlu sub-division and also highlighted some development activities during his tenure.
‘The development in the sub-division was possible because of the joint effort of the community and various government agencies headed by the administration,’ he added, as per a DIPR report.
DC Longleng, M Shayung Phom also urged officers gathered to co-operate among each other and resolved bigger issues and further encouraged the gathering for all round development, it said. Short speeches were also delivered by Head DB Namsang, L.Phongdau, DB Nyemyu and UDA, Tingpai.
