The Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Mokokchung conducted its 17th Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting on January 21 in the conference hall of ADC Planning with the participation of SAC members comprising of HODs of Agri and allied department, Lead Bank, AIR and progressive farmers. 

Minister for PHED, Jacob Zhimomi inaugurated the Asukhomi village gate on January, 21 as a special guest. The gate was instilled for the upcoming commemoration of 200 years of establishment of Asukhomi village, Zunheboto district which is scheduled to be observed on March 2022.

The 111 Battalion of the BSF, presently deployed in Satakha, Zunheboto district, organized a Civic Action Programme on January 21 at CI Post Kilomi and distributed sports items, solar light panels, RO plants and water storage tanks to the villagers of Kilomi, Shishulimi, Chisholimi, Khugutomi, Hebolimi and Mukalimi. 

Ghaspani Battalion of IGAR (North) under Spear Corps provided infrastructure for upgradation of the Village Community Hall at Tsiepama village of Chumukedima district of Nagaland. 150-armed plastic chairs and 40 Tables were provided to the village council of Tsiepama village under Op Sadbhavana initiative.
