The office of the District Deputy Commissioner, Noklak has been set up to start functioning soon. Nagaland’s 12th and the youngest district, Noklak was declared a district on December 21, 2017 by the State Government. After nearly three years, the Home Department on July 20, 2020 has appointed Reny Wilfred as the Deputy Commissioner of the district while Pritpal Kaur Patra is designated as the Superintendent of Police.
