Torechu calls to unite for more development

PUNGRO, January 8 (MExN): Advisor Evaluation, National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), T. Torechu, has called upon the people to unite together and work cohesively for the common lucrative of the society at large.  

Speaking as chief guest at the inauguration of Tsundang- Sangtsuvong- Vongtsuvong, approach road constructed under DUDA (BADP) on January 5, Torechu said that such kind of developmental activities to the people is a turning point and creating a history in the landmark of the society and urged the peoples to maintain the road to remain for a longer period.  

Torechu further urged upon the people to work with positive attitude in every developmental aspect in order to uplift and move forward in the areas and exuded to abide the role of ‘largest philanthropic’ in the society while rendering their service towards humanity. He further pointed out that, ‘without peaceful environment and unity there can be no development’ and urged the people to cooperate with each other in order to bring a positive response in every developmental aspect.  

Torechu also called upon the people to join hand together with the government and work hard for the common benefits of the society and people as well. Torechu opined that, ‘Peace, co-operation and unity’ were requisite for the developmental activities and urged upon the peoples to maintain ‘peace and tranquility’ for the better development infrastructure in the rural sector.  

Torechu also called upon the peoples to extend fullest co-operation with the government and administration so as to carry further developmental activities in the areas, he said adding, road is the main stay economy of the region and thereby, the aspiration and grievances of the people should be fulfilled. He also said that, the road construction connecting from various zones throughout the areas has been progressing and is yet to completed within a short periods.
