Transformation crusade in Kma from April 24

Kohima, April 4 (MExN): The organizing committee of the Transformation Crusade scheduled to be held from April 24-30 held a press conference along with members of the Kohima Press Club today at Hotel Japfü, Kohima. The seven-day Crusade will be held under the theme “Arise and Shine (Isa 60:1)”, with Rev. Zotuo  Kiewhuo, Sr. Pastor & Founder- Koinonia Baptist Church, Shan Kikon, Sr. Pastor & Founder- Faith Harvest Church, Ketouzo Theünuo, Sr. Pastor & Founder- Cross Wonder Church and Azahto Kibami, Sr. Pastor & Founder- New Life Church as the main Speakers. 

Secretary of the organizing Committee, Khriehuzo Lohe explained the purpose of the Crusade as a spiritual battle against the dark forces of Satan and said, “this Crusade is an interdenominational Crusade organized by laymen who were once desperately lost themselves but have now found a new meaning to Life through God’s Love”.  Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo speaking on how there were more than 3,000 satanic worshippers in the Capital, stressed on the need to make the society aware of this new trend of worshippers which is influencing the younger generation adding, “I fear if we don’t act now, our younger generation will be lost. We need the Spirit of God to revive and deliver them”. 

Shan Kikon remarking on the Crusade as a noble venture spoke on how the younger generation needed the touch of God. “The Younger generation face temptations more than any other generations; they are confused, lost, broken, and indecisive. Many are Christians just because their parents are, they have not surrendered their lives to Jesus and compromised their lives with the world. They need to be touched by the Spirit of God,” he said. Speaking on how the society needs to be educated about the gospel, Azahto Kibami remarked, “The younger generation today sees the Church as a dying body, the power of God needs to be shown in their lives.” Airing his opinion Ketouzo Theünuo said, “This is a time where families can come together and worship God, where broken families will be healed by the power of God. ”  Publicity Committee Convener, Pete Krose highlighting the purpose of the Crusade and stressing on the need for coverage called upon the media to partner in this venture of touching Kohima with the Love of God. Khotuo Yaotsu, Convener of the organizing committee thanked the media for their support for the event. The Transformation Crusade will be held at Khuochiezie, Kohima from April 24-30 with service timings at 5:00 pm.
