Kohima, January 19 (MExN): In continuation of the Transport Department’s notification dated October 28, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 95 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988, the Government of Nagaland has notified that the ceiling limit for issue of two wheeler taxi permit in each district shall be as follows:
The driver of the two wheeler taxi shall wear yellow helmet and yellow half vest with an inscription “TAXI” at the back of the helmet and the vest, stated the notification issued through the DIPR. The pillion rider shall wear a uniform colour code of yellow helmet, it stated.
