
Tseminyu, April 12 (MExN): The Tseminyu SDPDB deliberated on activities of various departments in its meeting held at DBs Customary Court on April 10 which was chaired by Advisor for Vety & AH & Chairman of the SDPDB Tseminyu, R. Khing.
Highlighting the activities in health care sector, Dr. Tinenlo James, SMO of CHC Tseminyu, spoke on shortage of doctors in the hospital which needs to be addressed. Khing informed the house that he will initiate the matter with the concerned department for overall improvement of the CHC Tseminyu.
The activities of Public Distribution System by the Dept of F&CS were highlighted in the meeting by Inspector Food & Civil Supply, Tseminyu, Sashilemla Pongen. Advisor Khing asked the concern department to streamline the distribution of kerosene oil.
SDEO Tseminyu, Ramdi Thou highlighted on the management system of the mid-day meal for the School children.
Reviewing the last meeting minutes, ADC and Vice Chairman SDPDB Tseminyu Theodore reminded the members regarding adoption of village in the Sub-Division to be made by the concerned SDPDB. The matter was discussed and accordingly Ramishinyu Village was adopted for the year 2018.
The meeting also discussed the celebration of the completion of 50 years of Tseminyu Sub-Division to be held in 2018.
Deputy CVO Kohima, Dr. Joseph M. Angami who also attended the meeting, shared the activities of the concern department and informed the importance of the department for Animals and Human beings for healthy living.
