Dimapur, March 22 (MExN): The rescheduled election in 53 Tuensang Sadar – 1 A/C will be held on March 23. Poll in this Assembly Constituency was postponed following the death of Congress candidate P Chuba Chang on February 22, a day before the state election. The two candidates contesting are L Elam Chang (NPF) and Toyang Changkong Chang (IND), who were already in the fray before the announcement of the deferral. The votes will be counted on March 26, and by-poll if any, will be held on March 25.
