Two-day Night Carnival inaugurated at Nepali Basti Dimapur

Tikaram Dhakal Gorkha Leader and wife Parbati inaugurated the two-day Night Carnival at Nepali Basti Dimapur on December 30. The carnival will be held on December 30-31 from 5pm to 10 pm. Also on picture are Joseph Sumi Chairman and Sanju, Secy Nepali Basti Village council with Uttam GB and James Khati Executive Member.
