Morning mist over hills in Tzudikong, under Tuli Hq (ADC Hq) in Mokokchung District. It is the township of the Nagaland Pulp & Paper Company Limited (NPPC) or Tuli Paper Mill, the only heavy industry in Nagaland incorporated in 1971 as a subsidiary of Hindustan Corporation Limited.
