Dimapur, June 19 (MExN): The valedictory function of the three days training on Integrated Cooperative Development project on “Strengthening linkages between Cooperative Societies and NSCB Ltd” Dimapur and Zunheboto Cooperative Bank Ltd was held on June 16, 2011. A press note issued by Velasa Nakro, CPO, ICDP stated that the function was graced by T.Imkonglelmla Longkumer, registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nagaland as the chief guest. The chief guest congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the training programme comprising of Agro-Allied officers from the districts and the Cooperative Societies. Encouraging the participants for attending the training programme, she put forward her expectation that the Cooperative Societies will be equipped with their knowledge for proper maintenance of books of accounts, and utilization of financial assistance received from ICDP in their business endeavor and upgrading the economic conditions at the grassroot level and also will ensure timely repayment of loan to the government.
