Kohima, December 14 (DIPR): The Government of Nagaland has declared that industrial or other establishment should pay every employee’s wage only by cheque or by crediting the wages to their bank account. The list of Industrial or other establishments are: Factories, Hotels & Restaurants, Bakeries & Confectionaries, Shopping Malls, Print Media, Automobile Workshops & Showrooms, Private Institutions, Private Hospitals & Nursing Homes, Contractors Establishments, Petroleum/Diesel Pumps, LPG Agencies and Local Authority. In another notification the Government of Nagaland has declared the following establishments as industrial or other establishments for the purpose of the said sub-clause with immediate effect: Factories, Hotels & Restaurants, Bakeries & Confectionaries, Shopping Malls, Print Media, Automobile Workshops & Showrooms, Private Institutions, Private Hospitals & Nursing Homes, Contractors Establishments, Petroleum/Diesel Pumps, LPG Agencies and Local Authorities.
