Yemhi Memorial College organized a one-day workshop on “Teacher Effectiveness”

Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Yemhi Memorial College organized a one-day workshop on “Teacher Effectiveness” with Dr AJ Sebastian on November 22. The resource speaker spoke on the techniques to improve teaching effectiveness and urged the teachers to take the role of a prime motivator and an efficient counselor. He stressed on Don Bosco’s teaching, “It is not enough to love the young; They must know that they are loved.” The two session workshop was followed by an interactive session.
