Zunheboto, August 17 (MExN): The New Colony Council, Zunheboto has vehemently condemned what it termed as the “barbaric and inhuman act” of one Ahokhe H. Zhimo who allegedly attempted to rape a minor girl on the night of August 14. According to a press release, the Council in an emergency meeting held on August 15 took stern resolution in regard to the incident and cautioned individuals and organisations against bailing out the culprit under any circumstances. Further, the council extended fullest support to the law enforcing agency and stated that it will accept whatever punishment deemed fit by law.
