•-Though this column, I will like to appeal to the Naga Student Federation (NSF) and Educated Unemployed Union Nagaland (EUUN ) to please look into the the various backdoor appointment going on in the Health and Family Welfare department (H&FW dept) especially for doctors (excepting those who got temporary contractual appointment though National Rural Health Mission ) and cancel all these backdoor contract appointments and advertise all the vacant posts through the Nagaland Public Service Commission. There are Hundreds of doctors who are willing to get into government service and serve the public but sadly, there is no advertisement of vacant posts, for all the vacant post are filled up through backdoor appointment.
