DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 21 (MExN): On arriving at the picturesque Shalom Resort camp site on day 1 of the Offroad Maestro 2016, the vehicles were flagged in by Neiba Ndang, Chairman, Shalom Resort. The competitors settled at the traditional Naga Morungs. The night stage on Day 1 started at 9:30 PM and at the end of Day 1Meme Sekhose and Kezha Semou were leading, followed by Shan Ker Suer & Banshan Lang Kharumnuid, while Ruokuobeituo Kense & Petekhriezo Zashumo were in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Day 2 started at 7:30 AM, where the competitors faced stiff challenges by driving through rocks, steep slopes and slippery inclines. Stage-2, stage-3 and stage-4 were completed by dusk. At the end of stage 4, Meme Sekhose & Kezha Semou; and Shan Ker Suer & Banshan Lang Kharumnuid continued to lead in 1st and 2nd place respectively. Lima Jamir & Kevin Puro rose to 3rd place from 10th place on Day-1. Day 3 will begin at 07:30 AM where the competitors will be building log bridges and driving through river stages.
