24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024

Wins for Nousi Rüzhü, Khrietho FC, Meriema and Kohima College

Nousi Rüzhü (Colleges), Khrietho FC, Meriema and Kohima College, Kohima today registered wins in their respective match at the ongoing 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 (Lt. Kekuojalie Sachü and Lt. Vikhozo Yhoshü) at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima under the theme “ Goal for Peace.”

Nousi Rüzhü wins over New Reserve YO 3-2
Nousi Rüzhü (Colleges) defeated New Reserve Youth Organization 3-2 in the first match of the day.
Kedolhouvo Naprantsu, Kedovituo Miasalhou  and Vikerütuo Tachü netted a goal each for  Nousi Rüzhü in the 11th, 51st and 71st minute respectively.

Mezhuzhoulie Zashümo netted both the goals for New Reserve YO in the 33rd and 68th minute.
Mezhuzhoulie Zashümo of New Reserve YO bagged Man of the Match title. He was honoured by Neilaü Thaprü, secretary women affairs ASU.

Khrietho FC blanks Jalukie Town YO 2-0
Khrietho FC, Meriema blanked Jalukie Town Youth Organisation 2-0 in the second match.
Boresh opened the account for Khrietho FC in the early period of 4th minute while Petevizo Kezieo added another goal for the team in the 42nd minute.
Petevizo Kezieo of Khrietho FC was declared as the man of the Match and honoured by ASU senior leaders Kevisi Khate and Vizokho Zashiimo.

Kohima College beats Halcyons FC 3-1
Kohima College Kohima overpowered Halcyons FC 3-1 in the last match of the day. Kelevi Seyie inked the first goal for Kohima College in the 46th minute.
Later, Pauzie Haikuibe increased the score tally by contributing two goals in the 64th & 69th minute.
A lone goal for Halcyons FC came through the booth of Mangkholen Kuki in the 66th minute.
Menuokhrielie of Kohima College secured Man of the Match title and honoured by Ex- MLA Dr. Nicky Kire.
