Red Scars FC, Seithekema FC and New Market FC today registered win in their respective match at the ongoing 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima under the aegis of Angami Students’ Union.
In the first match, Red Scars FC defeated Tsiepfhütsiepfhe Y. O via penalty shoot-out after the match ended 1-1 draw within the allotted time.
During the regulation time, Lalminlun Neihsial scored for Red Scars FC in the 17th minutes while the equalizer for Tsiepfhûtsiepfhe came through Puzoto Vitsu in the 21st minute.

Rokosato Vimero of Tsiepfhûtsiepfhe was declared as the Man of the Match and felicitated by Neitseituo Nobert Mere, co- convener 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024.
In the second match, Seithekema FC defeated UEFC 2-1. Chinakho contributed both the goals for the winning team Seithekema FC in the 30th and 59th minute.
Letgousei connected a lone goal for UEFC in the 26th minute.
Chinakho of Seithekema FC bagged the Man of the Match title and was felicitated by Dievi Yano, Former president, Angami Students Union.
In the last match, New Market FC blanked Amateur FC 3-0.
Gideon Leo netted two goals for New Market FC in the 22nd and 34th minute.
Atenjenba added another goal for the team in the 57th minute.
Atenjenba of New Market FC was declared as the Man of the Match and honoured by Z.Neikuo Lhousa, former president, Angami Students’ Union.
