Delai FC, Asufü Football Academy and Asüfü Christian Institute today registered win in their respective match at the ongoing 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 (Lt. Kekuojalie Sachii and Lt. Vikhozo Yhoshü) under the aegis of the Angami Students’ Union at Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima.
Delai FC beats Japfü Christian College 3-1
Delai FC overpowered Japfü Christian College 3-1 in the first match of the day. Thoungoumang Touthang opened the account for Delai FC in the 43rd minute. Thanglenlal Singsong and Lalgougin Haokip added a goal each to the team in the 66th and 73rd minute respectively.
Ketholeto Kikhi fetched a lone goal for Japfü Christian College in the 68th minute. Lalgougin Haokip of Delai FC was declared as the Man of the Match.
Asufü Football Academy beats Kohima Sports Club 2-0
Asufü Football Academy downed Kohima Sports Club 2-0 in the second match. P. Sorormi Thinsang netted both the goals for Asufü Football Academy in the 24th and 38th minute. P. Sorormi Thinsang was declared as the Man of the Match.
Asüfü Christian Institute beats Kohima Village YO 2-0
Asüf Christian Institute defeated Kohima Village YO 2-0 in the last match.
Ngararsing Raichan netted both the goals for the winning team Asiifii Christian Institute in the 13th and 38th minute. Ngararsing Raichan bagged the Man of the Match title.
