Kohima, January 27 (MExN): The COVID-19 vaccination drive in Nagaland has covered 5,773 health care workers till date, according to an update from State Immunization Officer, Dr Ritu Thurr.
On January 27, 570 health care workers were vaccinated across 20 session sites in the State with the Covishield vaccine without any adverse events reported.
Meanwhile, the SIO also informed that in view of the national Polio Immunization Day scheduled in the coming days, COVID-19 vaccination will not be conducted for the coming Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
