Dimapur, September 30 (MExN): The Nagaland state unit of Anti-corruption and Crime Investigation Front (ACIF) on September 30 resolved to terminate any of its members involving in “anti-social activities.”
In a meeting held at its office in Dimapur, the unit further resolved to closely monitor all the members and office bearers and take necessary steps from time to time.
A press release from Media Cell, ACIF Nagaland State unit also informed that all the state level and important posts of district level office bearers agreed to collect/contribute from its members for functioning of the office.
Informing that ACIF is a voluntary organization committed in fighting against corruption and crime, the release stated the organisation will report its findings to the appropriate authority for necessary action. Any matter related to corruption and crime can be reported to the unit’s office through phone @ 7423817467 during office hours (10am – 4pm), the release added.
It further said any citizen of India can be a member of the organisation and therefore invited all likeminded to be a part of it.
Meanwhile, it informed all those members who failed to attend the meeting to explain themselves in written within 15 days addressed to the president.
