Dimapur, January 20 (MExN): The NSCN (R) led by Akato Chophi has conveyed greeting to Khiamniungan community on the occasion of Khaozaosie-Hok-Ah festival.
It is one of the important festivals of the Khiamniungan tribe and is interpreted as the day for peace and reconciliation and also as Thanksgiving Day for the year's harvest, stated a message from MIP, NSCN/GPRN (Akato Chophi).
“Just like this festival signifies, may the Khiamniungan brothers and sisters be the messenger of peace and harmony and also to grow and dwell in prosperity and good tidings,” it added.
