KOHIMA, MAY 5 (MExN): The All Nagaland Private Schools Association (ANPSA) Kohima unit felicitated HSLC and HSSLC rank holders at Christ King Hr Sec. School auditorium on May 4.
Speaking on the occasion the guest speaker, Johnny Ruangmei, Joint Chief Executive Officer, NSDMA, Home Department congratulated the successful candidates and motivated them to be the torch bearers of the society and utilize the modern technology to excel in life. He emphasized on the syllabus and challenged the faculty to teach which is fit for the future of the children. All together 27 HSLC rank holdes and 6 HSSLC rank holders were felicitated.
Keletsole Mekro, 1st rank holder HSSLC Arts, and Ketsino Jane Frances, 2nd rank holder HSLC spoke on behalf of students to express their ambitions and gratitude to parents, teachers and well wishers.
The felicitation programme started with the invocation by Zhoputa, Advisor ANPSA Kohima unit and welcome note by Fr. Innocent, President ANPSA Kohima unit. Administrators, principals, headmasters, teachers and parents were also present at the programme. The programme culminated with the vote of thanks by V J Thomas, General Secretary ANPSA Kohima unit.
