Army Attachment Camp at Zakhama underway

Kohima, September 21 (MExN): The Army Attachment Camp (AAC) of 24 Nagaland (I) Coy NCC got underway at Zakhama Military Station under the aegis of NCC Group Headquarter Kohima.
The camp will go on till October 3.
NCC cadets from different colleges across the state are taking part in his camp.
In the opening address to the cadets, Col Daniel Lotzem, Commanding Officer of 24 Nagaland (I) Coy who is also the camp commandant emphasized on the importance of such training camp and encouraged the cadets to make the best use of the opportunities given to them during the camp.
During the attachment period, special focus will also be given to weapon training, map reading, firing, drill, Field Craft, Battle craft and on military subjects. The camp will also witness lecturers on disaster management, fire fighting, regimental way of living, leadership and personality development.
164 Naga Territorial Army will also be organizing activities such as weapon display, band display and visit to museum.
