Audit on MGNREGA for Niuland and Chümoukedima blocks held

The district level social audit public hearing on MGNREGA under Dimapur district for Niuland and Chümoukedima blocks was held on Monday at Emerald Inn, Dimapur.

During the programme, Project Director, DRDA Dimapur, Atokhe Aye appealed the stakeholders to work together in unison. State Resource Person, Social Audit Unit, Nagaland, Imlirenla presented a brief introduction about the public hearing and emphasized on the issues generally found by the audit team.

The district and village resource persons also delivered their respective presentations.
Representing the district administration, SDCO (c), Dimapur, Bendang stressed on the need for accountability and transparency at various levels.
