DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 22 (MExN): Day 5 of the league match saw a goal feast with two player securing hattricks in the ongoing Autumn Cup held at Medziphema.
In the first match, Zeliangrong VFC defeated the Tsiepama YST 4 goals to 1. ZVFC completely controlled the midfield and their strikers were finding their spot. The first goal came in the 25th minute from Lima. Gigin of ZVFC then went on to score a hattrick in the 40th, 59th and 61st minutes sealing the game. The consolation goal for TYST came in the 36th minute from Pelekhoto.
The second match saw two old timers from Medziphema battling it out in the field. Team Medziphema finally found the winning tune after they beat United Falcon Club. The Falcon defenders were found wanting as TM kept testing the keeper with their attacks. TM found the net early in the 9th minute with a shot from Kedilhoukho rattling the net. Kesevituo of TM went on to seal the game and complete a hattrick in the 17th, 30th and 33th minute.
