
Kohima, April 29 (MExN): Retired state government officers or officials can now log on to the PAG (A&E) Nagaland website (www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en) to view the pension cases and GPF Final Payment cases settled for the month of March 2022.
Stating this in a press release on Friday, Sr Accounts Officer, Information System Cell informed that a “Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted with the following Sr Accounts Officers as members: Joseph K A, Mobile No. 9436216580 (for pension related matters); Ashim Kumar Dey, Mobile No. 9436434188 (for loan related matters); Arup Roy, Mobile No. 9436601437 (for Gazetted Entitlement related matters); Akum Chuba, Mobile No. 9436005112 (for GPF related matters); and Shaji K, Mobile No. 8848574307 (for Gazetted Entitlement related matters).
The government officials can also contact the respective committee members via email at agaenagaland@cag.gov.in
Further, aggrieved Pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Kahoto J Yepthomi, Sr. Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at yepthomikj@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee, the release stated. All Heads of the Department are also requested to quote the employees Unique ID Numbers which is recorded in PIMS while forwarding applications for Pension, GPF Final payment and Leave encashment documents, it added.
