CTC releases 11th series of ‘Christian Response to Human Trafficking’

Aolichen, June 18 (MExN): Clark Centre for Peace Research and Action (CCPRA), Clark Theological College released its 11th series of publication entitled ‘Christian Response to Human Trafficking: Biblical, Theological, Ethical, Ministerial, NGOs, and Legal Perspectives’ on June 7 by College Principal Rev Dr Marnungsang Pongener. 


The book is an outcome of the national seminar organized by CCPRA in the year 2017 where papers were presented by different scholars addressing the issue. All the articles were compiled and edited by Dr Sangtemkala, Asso Professor and HOD of Christian Theological, CTC.


The book comprises of a keynote address and nine articles contributed by different scholars that will enable the readers to see the dehumanizing reality of human trafficking in the society. The articles represent a wide range of lived experiences and expertise that directly deals with questions relating to human trafficking, its causes and effects and how the church, institutions, organization and Christians should respond to this variegated crime.
