DC Peren notifies on allotment of patta for land in New Site

Peren, March 2 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner Peren, Vineet Kumar in a circular has informed all the individuals that the allotment of patta for the land in New Site, Peren HQ as per the approval received from the SLAA (First list) is in process. 

In order to process the allotment to private individuals, the following documents will be required: Aadhar Card, Indigenous Certificate, Survey Map issued by DLRSO, Verification Report from DBs, Treasury Challan (for the amount as per below mentioned rates), Passport Photo (4 nos) and Provisional Allotment Order.

The circular also stated that it is mandatory for all individuals to submit the above mentioned documents for the issue of patta.

Failure to provide these documents may result in the rejection/cancellation of the allotment order. The DC further requested all individuals to ensure that they have the necessary documents ready and submit them at the earliest to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Peren during office hours.

Payment for Land Premium and Land Rent may be made through the Treasury Office, Peren under the head 0029 and the Treasury Challan in original be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Peren. The Premium Rate (one time) Area: 60x100 = 6000 Sq. fts. Rate=6000x0.20 = Rs. 1200. The Land Rent (yearly) Area: 60x100 = 6000 Sq. ft. Rate=6000x0.10 = Rs. 600.
