Dimapur, August 5 (MExN): The Electrical Division, Dimapur has informed its customers to continue paying the electricity bills online.
The normal functioning of offices have been hampered due to the COVID-19 pandemic as the offices need to be sanitized from time to time, Executive Engineer Imsenkaba said in a press release on Wednesday.
In order to avoid crowding, the workforce has also been reduced to a minimum which in turn, directly affected the normal office functioning, he added.
In this regard, customers have been informed to continue to pay the electricity bills online.
He also requested the village/colony leaders not to restrict the movement of staff from performing their duties for the welfare of the public.
