Dimapur Motorsports Club (DMSC) on Tuesday inducted additional office bearers during a brief programme held at Dimapur in the presence of its chief patron, Hokivi Chishi, and Advisor, Kakheho K. Yepthomi.
Hokivi lauded the efforts of the DMSC in promoting motorsports in the state. He said positive sports of any kind should be encouraged and promoted. Kakheho extended his support and cooperation towards the activities of the DMSC.
The next motor event is tentatively scheduled to be held towards the last of May and the event would be sponsored by JK Tyres.
The additional office bearers were handed appointment letter by DMSC President, Along Aier. The list of DMSC office bearers include: Along Aier-President; Atzung Chankija- Vice President; Bento Swu- General Secretary; Philip Lam- Assistant General Secretary; Lamthang Hansing- Finance; Mughahito Zimo- Assist. Finance; Nitoka Chophi- Sect. Information & Public Relations; Temsu Aier- Asst.Sec. I≺ Unoka Assumi- Treasurer; Timmy Jamir- Spokesperson.
