Dough Re Me bakes (DRMB), a family-run business offering freshly baked food items opened its third outlet at CT Square, Chümoukedima on May 3. 

Considered to be among the best and most popular bakery-café destinations in the area, the opening of the new outlet stands as a testament to its commitment to serve quality baked foods to customers. 

“As we have a lot of loyal customers here in Chümoukedima, we decided to open up this outlet, considering its convenient location,” Meyisangla Longkumer, owner of DRMB shared. Along with her, the business is managed with the help of her two daughters and a nephew. She said that several of the ingredients used to make their food items comes from all across India while fresh vegetables were sourced directly from the locals. “So far the response from the customers has been amazing,” she added. 

The new outlet will provide a dizzying array of over 300 items including different types of bread, puff pastries, croissant, Danish pastries, cookies and many more.

Longkumer revealed that the most well-liked and popular item at DRMB has been their cream-rolls and croissants. 

Meanwhile Pur Longkumer, who helps run the business noted that since its opening DRMB has catered to foreign dignitaries at the G20 business summit in Kohima and even to the President of India and Home Minister during their State Visits to Nagaland. Besides that, they have providing catering services during State Banquets at Kisama and during large-scale community celebrations as well. 

A loyal customer of Dough Re Me for the past five years, Vini Sale shared that the business is among the best in the State and appreciated the consistent quality they provide at each of their outlets. Moreover, she praised the staff for their professional services, clean environment and, “the place itself makes you feel that you’re not in Nagaland.” 

Their main outlet is located at 3rd Mile junction, Chümoukedima.
