Fitter Nagaland: PAWF Nagaland hosted an exciting and energetic 5th Fitness Festival at Don Bosco ground, Dimapur on November 5. Towards a movement for ‘fitter Nagaland’ since 2015, PAWF Nagaland aims to empower and educate the Naga society to the world of fitness through this annual event. Earlier, PAWF Nagaland Managing Director, Tain has informed that the event is powered by Hope Academy and Spring Blossoms Academy. Fitness battle was held in three categories: push-up (standard) men/women; arm wrestling men/women with categories above 65kg & below 65 kg; push-up burpees men/women and it was officiated by the Nagaland Bodybuilding & Fitness Association. Another highlight was the tug of war with participation from Gyms across Nagaland. The day-long event also witnessed training with PAWF trainers in the category of zumba fitness, Lesmills body combat, strong nation, PAWF hard-core, body balance and dance fitness. (Morung Photo)
