Four documentary films on Noklak district released

Four documentary films on the youngest district of Nagaland- Noklak, was released here today at a function held at Red Cross Complex.

A film on “The Cave” was released by Advisor Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, Evaluation, Economics & Statistics L Khumo, while “Longnok village profile video” was released by PS to Advisor Prisons, Printing & Stationery, Pheniang.
A film entitled “Choklangan Village Profile Video” and “Wui Village profile video” was released by NPSC member S Chonta, and joint secretary Department of Agriculture, Tainiu respectively.

The film maker is Chentei Khiamniungan.

Also present on the occasion, Noklak DC Reny Wilfred hoped that such films will serve as promotion of the rich bio-diversity and cultural heritage of Noklak district.

The programme was followed by panel discussion on “Tourism, conservation of bio-diversity & cultural heritage in Noklak district” led by P Shingnya. Earlier, the programme was chaired by Heme, PS to Advisor Prison, Printing & Stationery.
