Kohima, June 23 (MExN): Morung United FC today blanked Vanguard FC Old Boys 2-0 in the last match of Game Week-8 of the ongoing G-Sports Morning Premier League (MPL) 2023 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Theja netted both the goals for Morung United in the 32nd and 46th minute. With the completion of Game Week-8 matches, All Blacks FC topped the league table with 21 points, followed by Morung United FC- 19, Unity Football FC- 14, Vanguard FC Old Boys- 13, Orient FC- 10, Mustang FC-9, W.E.L.P Sporting Club- 9, Gethemgo FC- 7, Secretariat United FC- 6 and Merhulietsa Football Club- 6.
Meanwhile, Game Week-9 matches will commence from June 26.
