The Handel’s Messiah Concert, an event designed to bring together people from all walks of life, musicians from different genres and all age groups. From an 85 year old passionate lover and performer of music, to a 13 year old Violist. Musicians from as far as Singapore. Musical powerhouse of Nagaland like respected Margaret Shishak. Choirs from different Churches of Nagaland. All towards, “Oneness in Christ”. A concert inviting everyone to come together and celebrate the uniqueness of being a Naga, to enjoy the gift of music and simply Praise Christ.
The Morung Express caught up with few of the musicians from the total 300 plus performing artistes during the final rehearsals and caught a glimpse of the real action behind the scene.
