Dimapur, September 14 (MExN): The PAC in a bid to check illegal collections, has instructed that, as per the order of Dimapur Police, all commercial trucks, lorries shall strictly follow the entry time of 5:00 – 7:00 am and 7:00 – 10:00 pm. Every tribe shall depute a senior leader to command the volunteers. Every volunteer shall wear a tribal attire. All volunteers shall be issued volunteer badge. The respective tribal hohos shall be responsible for any misbehavior, misconduct of the volunteers. In case of any untoward incident, the decision of PAC Core Committee shall be final and binding. The PAC in coordination with the tribal leaders will arrange tea, snacks and water for volunteers, it added. Use of intoxicating substance by volunteers is strictly prohibited. The release further entrusted the following tribes to arrange a Church leader to pray before the duty: New Field check gate – Ao, Dillai Gate – Lotha, Burma Camp check gate – Sumi.
