•-Through this column, I on behalf of the recruited Assistant Professors of the college through NPSC in 2009 and those who have not received the new payslip under 6th Central pay commission (UGC) take the honour to sincerely request the file and rank of the concern authority of Higher Education Department to humanely look into the matter in issuing the new payslip at the earliest. Since we have waited patiently for almost a year but to our dismay there is no positive outcome till today where it creates more misunderstanding and disgrace towards the fraternity of the Assistant Professors.
At the same time, we also acknowledge and understand the technical position facing by the concern department while pursuing the matter with the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) where their reply is still awaited. But at this point of time we need to reason the matter with utmost care and find out a better way for alternative solution. Henceforth, to my understanding, when the new payslip has been issued to the Assistant Professors those who were appointed (absorbed/regularised) after 31.03.2010 Dated Kohima, the 5th may 2011 NO.EDS/THE/24/91 (pt) & Ref. NO GE-1/THE/ROP-2006/UGC/2010-11 DT.23/8/2010, then why not the rest of the Assistant professors are issued the normal payslip under 6th Central pay commission (UGC) whether they/we involve arrear or not for which at this moment we are judiciously urging the concern department to issue the normal new payslip of 6th ROP. Through which it will instil justice to harness among the fraternity of the Assistant Professors towards betterment and advancement of the college to its heights and glory.
Therefore, I on behalf of the affected Assistant Professors those who have recruited through NPSC in 2009 and in general as a whole put our mind across together to once again appeal to the Hon’ble Minister and Commissioner & Secretary of Higher and Technical Education to kindly examine the matter with utmost sincerity into our grievances and issue us the new payslip under 6th Central pay commission (UGC) as early as possible.
