Kewepelo Mero’s (A.K.A Kewe Mero) first single 'Open Your Eyes' has released on one of the renowned music sites Reverbnation.
Kewe Mero is a dynamic and talented young man from Dimapur, Nagaland who loves singing . He did his Masters in Sociology from University of Pune. As a Sociologist, he was inspired to write a song about society and was encouraged to record this particular song by one of his Professors and classmates from Pune University when one day, he was asked to sing in the classroom. He draws his inspiration from artists like The Script, Tenie Tempah, Lecrae, Coldplay, Jay Sean and some old School Rappers .
‘Open Your Eyes’ is a song appealing the people to look around and see the reality; and also highlights the problems faced by the present society.
Kewe Mero hopes that his song will send out a message to the people encouraging them to help in rebuilding our broken society.
