The Monthly District Planning Development Board (DPDB) meeting of Kiphire was held on September 20 at DC Conference Hall, Kiphire.

Chairing the meeting, the new Vice Chairman and Deputy Commissioner Sarita Yadav, IAS, Kiphire welcomed the members to the DPDB meeting and requested the HoDs not to send representatives to the meeting. 

The DC asked all the HODs to be present during the up-coming sitting to be held by National Commission for Protection Child schedule to be held on September 26 at DC Conference Hall Kiphire town.

She directed departments of Health & Family Welfare, Rural Development, Agri & Allied and Education to give monthly progress report on ‘Aspirational District’ status to the office of DC. She also asked Horticulture department to give departmental presentation in the next DPDB meeting.

During the meeting, iconic project under LADP 2019 additional project was also approved.
