Dimapur, June 20 (MExN): The Tamlu Area Aggrieved land Owners’ Union (TAALOU) on Saturday appealed the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL ) for early payment of property damage compensation. In a press release issued on June 20, the union stated that a meeting was held on March 13 earlier this year where “it was agreed that payment will be made by June 2020,” as per the company’s first survey record. As such, it urged the NHIDCL to clear the compensation at the earliest.
