MOKOKCHUNG, SEPTEMBER 14 (MExN): The Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) today informed that as per government notification, the total ban on all single use plastics will be enforced strictly in Mokokchung and that defaulters would be penalized. A press release from the MMC meanwhile clarified that non woven poly propylene carry bags which are made of thermo plastic polymer also fall within the category of banned plastic items.
