Wokha, November 5 (MExN): State Governor PB Acharya will be gracing the 1st Amur Falcon Conservation Week on November 8 at Doyang Project Site, NEEPCO Wokha.
The three days Conservation Week from November 8-10 is being organized by the Department of Tourism and Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, a release from DIPR stated.
Highlights of the three days programme include, Zip-line thrill to have an aerial view of the picturesque of Doyang Hydro Project landscape, Zorbing, boating, angling, camping and Lotha cuisines such as fresh Doyang fish and organic vegetables.
The District Administration Wokha in collaboration with Department of Tourism and Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has also invited all the general public to come and witness the 1st Amur Falcon Conservation Week.
