NAGALAND: Grievance committee constituted for pensioners service

Kohima, July 28 (MExN): The Nagaland state government officials are informed that a ‘grievances redressal and feedback committee for entitlement functions’ has been constituted.

The members include:

•    Arup Roy, Sr Accounts Officer, mobile 9436601437 email agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for Gazetted Entitlement related matters); 

•    Akum Chuba, Sr Accounts Officer, mobile 9436005112 mail: agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for GPF related matters)

PAG (A&E) Nagaland, Sr Accounts Officer, Information System Cell in a press release stated that aggrieved pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. “They may also contact the grievance redressal and feedback committee,” it stated.

All Heads of the Departments are requested to provide mobile number of retirees in their pension application form and GPF final payment application form for receiving SMS Service regarding status of their pension and GPF final payment.

All retired State Government officers/officials are informed that pension cases settled and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of June 2021 have been uploaded on Office of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland website.
